主要用途

本机床适用于几何精度和表面质量要求高的各种圆柱体零件、环形零件的无心通磨磨削，也适用于圆锥角不大于3°圆锥体零件和各种成型旋转零件的无心切入磨削，尤其适用于大批量的生产要求。

Application

This machine can be used for through feed grinding of cylindrical and ring type parts with high accuracy and surface finish and also for plunge feed of taper parts with a taper smaller than 3°and formed parts.It can also be used for mass production.

结构特点

1、砂轮主轴采用悬臂动压轴承，导轮主轴采用滚动轴承双支承结构；

2、砂轮修整器进给运动由伺服电机驱动滚珠丝杆来实现，导轮修整器、手动进给，砂、导轮修整器往复运动均由油缸来实现

3、导轮主轴驱动用交流电机经变频实现无极调速

4、机床主进给由伺服电机经滚珠丝杆螺母副带动导轮架进给与补偿

5、电气采用三菱控制系统（用户指定）。

Main structural features

1.The grinding wheel spindle adopts the cantilever type dynamic bearing, while reg.wheel spindle is dually supported by the rolling bearing.

2.The servo motor drives the ball-screw to perform feed movement of gri.wheel dresser.Reciprocating Movement of regulating & grinding wheels and Manual feed are achieved by the oil cylinder

3.The erg.Wheel spindle is driven by a AC freq.Conversion motor to achieve a stepless speed-regulation.

4.Reg.Wheelhead feed & comp.is performed by a Servo motor through a ballscrew and nut pair.

5.Mitsubishi control system is adopted.
